it’s cutting it close enough that whether you’re late or not depends on the time zone you live in :skull:

before I write this review, I’d like it to be known that the format I will be writing it in is my signature format and nobody is allowed to format their review in this way unless express permission is give from me. Without further ado, let’s get right into the video!

(pre-listen) aight bois lock in this shits boutta hit hard

(listening now) that perc do be sounding clean, section that starts at around 0:20 is super fresh and ur use of bass there goes hard

going further in, the way you switch up the main drum line w different sounds but still manage to keep it super duper groovy is great. Sound choices are awesome in this one, and I eagerly await its inevitable frontpage bc this shits pretty awesome.

This would do well as a standalone track, you should extend it and fully flesh it out someday! Overall, great job as per usual. Keep it up mate :D

@NotLeLee I don’t find your using my format amusing. I did not give you permission to do so, and I am greatly offending by this notion. I would appreciate if you would give me a written apology and a small tip of 300 dollars to make up for the permanent emotional and mental scars that you’ve inflicted on me. Thank you.

nice breaks, but you gotta add a sub bass or it ain’t dnb

this do be hittin hard

aight mate here’s a doozy for you

The three core skills of a great music producer are music theory, mixing/mastering, and sound design. Of these three, music theory is the most important - chord building, melody and harmony, key sigs, time sigs, circle of fifths, etc etc etc. I strongly advise you to begin research on these three principles, and you’ll find yourself producing great music in a fraction of the time.

As for the track, it’s not bad. Mastering could use some work, and the sounds are kinda eh imo, but you have potential. Keep practicing, research your theory and you’ll be making great stuff soon enough.

Good luck!

music is pretty chill
