Hey fellas,

Been thinking about starting a youtube channel to upload music to. Originally, I was planning to start on YT but it occurred to me that the algorithm is trash, which is why I turned to Newgrounds. I figure once I build a solid fan base on here, I'll expand to youtube (as it does generate better views, provided you have a solid foundation) and go from there.

What are your thoughts? Should I stay or should I expand, or should I wait, etc etc etc?

11/10/24 further edited Lament, made the cello in the bridge louder. I will likely end up remastering the whole thing.

10/29/24 changed the ending for Amidst His War

as per some of your requests (and my own strive for perfection) I have edited the following pieces:

• Lament (improved mix at beginning, should sound less compressed/brickwalled now)

• Amidias (added subbass)

Expect further edits and remasters for Ilmeris, The Golden Heretic, and others.

Hey fellas,

What are everybody’s opinions on editing a piece of music after it’s been on the portal for a while? I’m not satisfied w a lot of my older stuff and I’ve been thinking of editing them, but I don’t wanna have to post a completely separate piece that’s just an updated version of it; I’m also concerned that if I edit the one that’s already up, ppl who’ve already listened won’t notice the difference.

So my question is, do I remaster old stuff that sucks and post the new, revised version, or do I edit the stuff that’s already up and just mention in the comments that it’s been edited and therefore avoid posting a separate piece.

ive decided im gonna piece together an album. bc i play a lot of modded terraria, ill try to conform my songs around the story of terraria's Calamity mod and see what happens. To clarify, the songs I've posted so far that include quotes are based around that narrative (just forgot to mention it lol). If any of yall havent played the mod, check it out its actually fire.

I don't know how long the album'll be. Long enough for my music to tell the story properly, ig. Thanks for all you guys' support thus far, too; frontpage was really surprising and I'm just happy overall to get to share my stuff with you. :D

decided to remove some of my old stuff from the portal. i kinda felt the were no longer worthy of mention.

if anybody has a problem with this (as if lol) tell me and ill consider reposting them, but until then I'll only post songs I feel are good enough to be released. maybe ill remaster them or sum, who knows.

ALSO, i'm working on a collab between myself and Nebular Wave. They make pretty awesome stuff, check it out on YT or Spotify!

just checked in and was met with the pleasant surprise of being scouted into the audio portal!

This truly means a lot to me and I greatly appreciate all the support from my 5 brilliant fans and my friend @Marscael, who has been with me from almost day one.
