ebf was also my childood,i remember i stumbled onto ebf4 on a random webstie for flash games when i was merely 7 years old on a laptop

character was drawn by me,

the outline of the character was just the whole character merged as a layer and i used the outline effect 2 times

dithered background was made with a custom paintbrush

and the glitchy part was just an image i found on the internet and i just messed with the colors until it looked like that
